Spiel startet immer im fenstermodus und grafikeinstellung lassen sich nicht speichern.????

Hmmm da ist irgendetwas Fauli :D .... JA! Versuche mal in den ini. files rumzufumeln (mach natürlich eine Kopie vorher) und stelle dort Bildschirm und Graphikqualität ein. Hast du auch nachgeschaut ob deine Grafikkarte eine automatische Voreinstellung hat (Nvidia oder Amd Optionen ) ?

I put it English My German language skills (written) are a bit Rusty. Probably it's a problem on your system that let you not write to the ini file have a look if the ini files are set to read only.

oder auf deutsch:
finde die settings in dokumente\my games\skyrim SE\ und schau ob die auf nur lesen gestellt sind.

alternativ, aggressive virenprogramme können da auch dazwischen funken. Wenn du Win10 und OneDrive nutzt, kann es da auch zu problemen kommen.
