I'd be surprised if that were the case.
Very true, especially if money were to change hands in a provable manner.
Well be surprised because that is the case. You aren't allowed to receive money for modding Bethesda games, period. You could offhandedly receive donations for your time - but that can't be tied back to any Bethesda properties.

"You are only permitted to distribute the New Materials, without charge (i.e., on a strictly non-commercial basis) "
Then learn to mod and make them yourself instead of begging.
I love when ignorant people get together to argue about things they know nothing about - like a bunch of 5 year olds arguing about how to fly an airplane or drive a car.
And if all fans desired to see it playable in Skyrim, you could be damn sure that someone would have made it already.
Still, it's a moot point since the op was just begging and not interested in commissioning any work.
MAY I ask "how YOU came to be the spokesman for the masses? Are you thinking that MOD persons can just whip up a MOD that some ...person might think up? I believe that things do not work that way AND for good reason
But then we get right back to the main point: I don't give half a ♥♥♥♥ for One Piece or Arcanum, so to take it upon yourself to declare that either of these mods - or any mod whatsoever - are "what all fans desire to see playable in Skyrim" makes you an idiot.
But then again I'm one of those few Skyrim fans who thinks putting Witcher assets in Skyrim is idiotic because they are two completely different games.
