Horizontal lines in water reflections

Almost looks like you have two different water textures in adjacent cells and they are not matching up. Can happen if you have a water mod and you do not place it last and thus have other (even non-water) mods overwriting that cell, or even if you do not have a water mod but the two cells have conflicting water data.

If that is not it, if it is purely only a reflection issue, then it could be caused by an ENB if you use one.
