Please help me with this mod build

Hello, I have completed original Skyrim few times years ago and recently i decided to play again, but this time with some mods, because I never tried them before. I have done some search on what mods I want and this is my list of mods I want to run:

Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
Diverse Dragons Collection SE (DDCse)
SPERG - Skyrim Perk Enhancements and Rebalanced Gameplay SE
Elegy - Difficulty and Balance Overhaul
Know Your Enemy - Trait-based resistances and weaknesses
Legacy of the Dragonborn SSE

I have installed all mods with the Vortex, since I am quite the noob in this. But the problem is now when I launch the game I get immediately CTD right after main menu appears. I assume there has to be something wrong with mods, because I have a fresh instalation of the game, new drivers of the gpu etc.

If anyone would be so kind and advise me in this, I would be really happy.

For anyone who intends to mod the game, the following is essential reading. There may be some things that will not apply to a small number of mods such as you intend, but read it anyway, as it will prevent a lot of potential grief further down the road if you decide to mod more heavily.

Thank you so much for this aweome info. First of all, the CTD i described before didn't have anything to do with mods, I found out that I need to add exception to my firewall for SkyrimSE.exe and now main menu works fine. Anyway I have read through this and now I think I know at least some basics of modding. I have added some useful mods from the list of recommended mods and the load order from LOOT now looks like this:

As far as I understand it, the LOOT is telling me that the load order is fine. And I have actually run the new game succesfully. I see the new perk trees from SPERG and SkyUI, but the rest I have no chance to test yet on the very beginning. But there is definitely something wrong, because I am leveling too much fast. After I followed Ralof into the keep, there was a first fight with legion officer and soldier. After this I have 43 one handed, 25 light armor and 20 restoration or something like that. And character lvl 7. I will try to read something more about settings of mods and maybe I will get to bottom of this.

I would discount Cutting Room Floor as well, as to being the source of the problem

Hi, I am sorry for the later reply. I tried to turn of the mods one by one and it seems that combination of SP. ERG and ELEGY was the source of the problem. I decided to remove ELEGY. because I want the new skill trees of SP. ERG. Seems like a good compromise. Thanks for your advice <3
