Glass armor glitch

Hello fellow warriors, i have only 3 issues left to fix in my 200+ mods skyrim build. This glitch started last night when i fixed the ''crash on looting'' issue where i couldnt take peoples clothes. Now u've fixed the problem with CBBE but now my followers glass armor is...well, i can see into it as if they are shells without the blue bits of the armor.

Sounds like you load the body and clothes/armor mods in wrong order.
How have you installed your mods what tool?

Im using MO2, i think it auto sorts the load order.
I think it has something to do with sme clothes i added. before it was fine but CBBE wouldnt work so someone said to uninstall it and reinstall it. that fixed CBBE but now the glass armor has invisble parts on it (the blue parts on the body are missing but the gold bits are showing).

No it dont do that at all.
You need to use LOOT and sort your right side and you need to sort your left side manually.

Check this tread, it is old and for Skyrim LE but still valid.

I have loot but it wont detect or sort the game files.

You need to start LOOT from inside MO2.

you have to start LOOT thru MO2 ... not fast enough apparently lol

Check the link I did give you. It holds good information about how you should sort your left side and get one stable game.

ahh, like with fnis? so i install loot via MO2 then?

I suspect i didnt because when i run it regularly my old ''thalgor'' save is ther e(which is the corrupted one can summer)
While the new one ''ironhelm'' Is only seen when i open the SKSE64 exe from MO2.

Ok so i got LOOT to work and it sorted out the load order but the glass armor still has some see-through parts on the chest area.
