any way to change a npcs voice in game?

is there a way in game to make a npc lose their voice/change the voices sex ie make a male follower use female voice lines or just not talk at all (mute them)? all in game not with the CK or something (maybe a mod that adds a spell or a command or something?)

i have that mod but i dont see how it makes the npc become mute/use a diffrent voice

It doesn't. You would need to assign a different voiceset in either the CK or xEdit - but this may result in breakage in some instances. Best not to.
