Uhhh, no? You can hit the cap with 100 Smithing, 100 Armor skill, the appropriate perks, and any Heavy Armor. You don't need to do the loops to get that high. Hell, you can hit the cap with some of the higher end Light Armors.
Just use Flesh spells. Make sure you skill up and perk up Alteration. Learn how to use Ward spells properly (they can be great, but aren't "all the time" spells).
And conjure something to take their attention away from you.
even with getting 100 in both, it's not enough. You will need to exploit to get it over dragonhide.
I'm also playing with ordinater, And dare I say that dragonhide spell, and the mage armor perks, still trump the light armor option. And don't even get me started with the options you can use with the alteration tree when using armor spells through that mod.
No you don't. The armor cap isn't that hard to hit, you can get it with Iron Armor AFAIK. Maybe Ordinator changes things, but in Vanilla it's astonishingly easy to hit the cap. Flesh spells can get pretty high (for a robe) too, if you're using the perks and Ebony Flesh.
It sounds like you want that perk, so don't wear armor. I'm also pretty sure that Ordinator doesn't change armor calculations since it's only a perk overhaul. Then there is the fact that it's not a combat/damage overhaul so it's not like you'll be taking noticably more, or less, damage than Vanilla. You'll be fine with perked out and skilled up Alteration.
567 can be reached without exploit, though you may need to level up your alchemy and enchanting, in order to make fortify smithing enchantments and potions. Can be easily done, even for basic leather armor, without having to use the resto loop or anything outside of vanilla functions.
Shouldn't change things to much right?
Dude, why are you so worried? If you want to use that Destruction perk, just don't wear armor. It won't make you die to a stiff breeze.
