where is urag gro-shub?
I cant find him to give back a book or complete a main quest

Unless a bug he is ALWAYS in the Arcanaeum. If he isn’t there leave the College go somewhere else like Whiterun or something wait 24 hours then go back to the Library. If cannot find him you might want to resort to a console command. In this case "player.moveto 1C1B4" without the quotations. That command will bring you to his location. I recommend saving using that command to find his location then reload and go there manually to avoid any possible unforeseen consequences of using the console.

This is true, unlike the others he never leaves his post.
He sleeps in that chair, and presumably eats there too.
I prefer not to think any further about him performing bodily functions.
