Should I get Skyrim PC
So I've played Skyrim when it came out on PS3, put in about 200 hours, bought it on PS4 once mods came out for it, as limited as they were, and put in around 150 hours, Platinumed both games, left a few dungeons out, but mostly played it in its entirety. Should I get it for PC?, I'm definitely wanting to mod it, however, I'm worried that I may get bored of repeating the game in my like 20th playthrough as well I'm not sure how different the PC experience is to the PS3/4.

Content of the game is identical, controls are different if you use keyboard and mouse.
PC version has more mods, including ones that add quests, places and NPCs.

However if you have played it that much already, then there is a very real possibility you will get bored with it. Only you can make the decision though.

Depends on how you play, what mods you want etc, I'm over 2376hrs bought day 1 and I still play / enjoy it, there are enough mods / world's etc to keep you going for years.

I presumed it's something along the lines of getting all the achievements, consoles like to have gold, silver and bronze achievements and awards, so platinum would be getting most or all of these.

I purchased PS4 with all the rest accessories (2nd gamepad, charging docks, etc) and I... sold the console in 4 weeks!!!!!! Because, I realised I am a real PC GAMER, not a PS one.

In consoles you have a HUGE LIMITATION of mods.
Also... all games are DOWNGRADED for the consoles, to be stable (since you can't change anything to a console).

So... obviously... if you want to tweak and make Skyrim super gorgeous, of course you need the PC version.

I see you already got your answer but was bored and thought i'd toss my two cents in.

I Played in on PS, XBox, and PC the standard edition (about 2000 hours in all)

As alexander_dougherty stated "Content of the game is identical,"

PC. gives you a few more options
controller, keybord + mouse, and more mods
If you have decent PC with an SSD HD it has much better load times.
(I have not tryed Special Edition yet so load times might be different)

If these things don't interest you then I would say it is not worth it.
