Skyrim Crashes when Giving Inigo Items (Modded)

Hello so when I am in the jail cell where Inigo resides, after 'freeing' him I loot his chest. I start to give him items when it crashes.

This is my load order, I use MO2

The part of that mod page listed BUGS and the other part listed POSTS.
