Knifepoint Ridge/mine
There is a large section of mine that seems unaccessable by normal means. It is behind a short rockfall inside the cave. It has a small building, alchemy station and many ore veins. I am unable to access it without using the console "TCL" command. Does anyoen know if this space opens up at a later point in the game? I found it by doing a quest for the yarl of Falkrik (Sp? Sorry).

Yes, the quest Boethiah's Calling should open it. (see: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Knifepoint_Ridge )

As a note, whenever you encounter an area that you cannot access, do not use TCL - you will more than likely ending up breaking a quest - and the game.

In fact, you should really avoid using the console entirely - unless specifically instructed to do so by the wiki in order to fix a bug - and then only as a last resort and after making a hard save. The console is a developer's tool, not a gameplay aid.

Yes thanks, I did save the game before I used the consol command and after looking at the empty space I left, closed the command and reloaded the game so I wouldn't cause any probelms (I hope). Thanks for the info I have looked it up and your "right on"! Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reminder. If something can't be done, it's part of a quest one hasn't been into yet.
