Body mods like Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE- or any other body mod wont work when installing it with vortex
im trying to install a body retexture mod with vortex mod manager it says that the mod is istalled but nothing changes in the game

Have you tried using an alternate installer? Vortex is still an alpha and while it's fair enough to use it for testing, AFAIK it's not completely ready to replace NMM.
