Should I Get Ordinator?

I'm currently usign FudgeMuppet's "The Avenger" build, which is purely vanilla, and this is the main reason why i'm asking the title. Seeing that Ordinator is a Perk Overhaul mod, i'm abit "worried" that since my character already has perks unlocked that it would cause a problem with Ordinator.

I'd give you 1000 Spetims for any clarification but seing as they don't exist here on Earth all I can give is a thanks.

well first of all play modded skyrim its much better than vanilla and yes ordinator is great and opens up many new playstyles,also dont use builds you see online

If you plan on another playthrough, I highly recommend it. I use that + almost all of EnaiSiaion's mods in all my builds. They change the game up tremendously. Ordinator, Apocalypse, Smilodon, and Summermyst are the "core" of my builds since I discovered them. If something doesn't play well with those 4 mods, oh well, it's not going in my load order.

In general, it's fine. I'd suggest using it if you haven't, since Enai does really good work. I personally find it a bit... busy for my tastes though. There are some other perk overhauls around that you can use instead of it doesn't tweak your fancy; they just aren't nearly as popular.
