How did you get that out of the OP?
Which says absolutely nothing close to "warrior" (or "fighter" or even "melee") in it?
OP, take a look here[tamrielvault.com] for some ideas. For some reason it tends to load pretty slowly, just an FYI. Some of them are pretty RP heavy builds but you can always just use one as a base to work off of. Most of them are also with Vanilla perks, so if you're using Ordinator or something you'll obviously have to just use it as a build outline and not a full guide.
My favorite builds are usually some kind of "Paladin" (if Heavy Armor) or a "Scout" (if Light); One Handed, Block, Heavy/Light Armor. The Scout type I play more as a skirmisher in Light Armor, so usually some Sneak (for placement and engagement, not being a Stealth Archer), Alchemy, and likely some "thief" stuff. The Paladin I'll get some Restoration and Alteration spells and play probably 95% Sword & Board style with a bit of healing and Spellsword style play for the last 5%-ish, usually when vs. Undead after I get the good Dawnguard spells.
I also play Mages a fair bit, but I usually avoid a "pure" mage as I find them a bit boring (Destruction spam gets a little boring for me). I've had a lot of fun playing an Illusionist/Sneak mage and Arcane Archer types. I usually choose 2-4 of the spell schools to use and then choose other skills to make up for the lack of "pure mage" skills. Like the Arcane Archer skips Destruction but uses Archery instead and the Sneak Mage skips Conjuration (conjures don't sneak) and even sometimes Destruction when I want to go Pacifist (Calm spells are great for not killing anyone on a thief job).
I find being a "multi-class" is more interesting in Skyrim because you have more skills to use (and level up) instead of just maxing out One Handed, Block, and Heavy Armor as a warrior early and then just grinding up Smithing or something to be "done" leveling.
Why dual daggers? I'm going to playthrough this time with a Female Assasin/Thief with a crossbow and single dagger. On top of it I've added Elemental Dragons and a mod called Harder creatures which makes things allot harder in game Could be interesting this playthrough.

Once you can handle the clunkyness of a two handed weapon and its better range, you'll be a walking path of destruction my good sir. This is especially true if you use the +5 smithing Orcs naturally have early on to craft full steel armor by level 2, have it made superior once smithing is level (22, 23?). On anything lower than expert, this is an insurmountable lead. There's plenty of tutorials out there on how to have a great start to gather the gold to do this and I believe even FudgeMuppet has videos of this.
If things get a bit spicy then use the Berserker power. Dabble in Alteration to suplement not having a shield for added defensive perks and MAGIC RESIST (strong spellweavers are your weakness); use enchanting to scale into the late game and nothing will oppose you.
