Every single time after the installation process, a pop-up opened mentionign something about SMIM when I click any of he options an Installation error then shows. I don't know what's happening!

When installing RW2 you need to tick boxes if you tick smim and you do not have it the game, hiccup will come on his night fury and smite you. Reinstall it and check it for mods you do or don't have installed.

i have SMIM installed and I don't see any option in RWT for SMIM

Sorry, just checked both RWT and SMIM there should not be a conflict.
What other mods have you got, list your load order.
Just saying you must make sure you tick for only what is in your game, thats why I mention it for RWT.

For a start RWT must at bottom of load order. Have you installed it?
Use LOOT to sort it

I've ben using loot WAY before this problem, and it was fine then.

Loot get things wrong it is not perfect. I use MO2 loot gives the basic load order and I move the plugins around in the left pane to overwrite and viceversa.
Ecksstra and Compilation is one of them
Ecksstra is textures
Compilation is the esp(main plugin)

now idk why when I install a mod then check the box on it, it doesnt show up in th plugins tab

Not all mods have plugins.
