Not sure, one of the Houses in Whiterun sides with the Empire and I am with Ulfric.
Yeah, I typically do the Civil War quests in the end. They're pretty bad, and only worth doing for achievements. Though the Special Edition Civil War quests are a bit better, with higher active NPC counts. It Almost feels like a minor skirmish. But when you've played games like Mount and Blade, almost ten years ago now, before Skyrim even came out actually, it kinda... doesn't hold up lol.
