Starting Dawnguard DLC as vampire
Will I be able to start the Danguard questline if I'm already a vampire? Do they (Dawnguard people) approach me and give me the quest to in which you find Sereana?
Or do I have to get cured before starting the DLC?
I'm not planning to join the Dawnguard, I'm juist talking about the first quest before you have to decide between Harkons folks and the Dawnguard.

And when I meet Harkon for the first time and I'm already a vampire, will he turn me into a Vampirelord or is there a bug or something gamebreaking?

They won't notice you're a vampire. Serana will make a comment about it when you first unlock her, and Harkon will tell you that you're a lesser form of vampire and that his strain will improve you into a pureblood.

There is a bug I've run into a few times that if you're already a vampire and join Harkon and become a vampire lord that it'll unflag you as a vampire. The other npc will keep telling you to go to Harkon to become a vampire again but Harkon won't turn you cause you still have the vampire lord form.

Yieks! I hate bugs that prevent progression

In that case load an old save, and google the vampirism cure, go in as non-vampire for a brief period.
