Does anyone know why my skyrim lighting is so blue?

I just came back and removed unnessecary mods and the lighting is messed up. I'm using photorealistic tamriel enb. If yall need a mod list just ask becasue it's kind of long and i don't want to waste time putting it on here if it's just an enb problem. Thank you.

I would have to agree with Game->Killah!! that it is the ENB - though it may not necessarily be an "issue" so much as that is just the look of that ENB. I know that I use Intriqued ENB, and during overcast weather the lighting is very blue (especially noticeable in shadows).

But, in review videos for the phtorealistic tamriel enb, it never looks blue. (Or as blue as it is now)

Question; what colour do you think lightning should be?
I ask because every lightning bolt I've seen in real life has been too bright to see what colour it is, you remember it as white, but actually it's too bright to see the colour (rather like the sun).
