Power attacks vs regular attacks
Do power attacks give less ex points compared to regular attacks or do they give the same end gain? Many thanks for your help. Trying to lvl up fast :-P

I believe the game works the experience on how uch you use the skill, so a weapon skill levels up on how many hits you land per fight, so a power attack does more damage, meaning you do fewer hits, thus less experience for that fight.
This is why I recommend fighting tougher enemies if you want to level up, they take more damage, and hit you more often, meaning both you weapon skill (one or two handed) and your armour skill (Light or Heavy Armour) levels up more.

Also possibly Block and Restoration for most players.

Weapon skill gains are based on damage dealt against valid targets (those whose health can be damaged). You can increase your skill level fastest by choosing a one-handed weapon that causes the most base damage in a given time period.

Boosting One-handed damage via skill perks or equipment enchantments does not result in more XP per strike, nor does improving your weapons at a grindstone.

One-handed power attacks will not increase the XP per blow since XP is earned based on weapon damage, not the extra damage done from the power attack.

So, the same.
