Youd have better luck in the SE forums.
huh? are we not currently on the SE forums? o,o
*looks around and blushes*
Hmm, so we are.
Ok, in that case yeah, if you don't own the game you need to have a legal copy of it first before you'll get much help.
Good to know
Instead, use LazyHeels - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13381?tab=files
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18045
Which uses the same plugins that Racemenu/XPMSE beyond v4.20 use.
I haven't gotten around to actually using it yet, as my mod list is a shambling mess, but it appears to allow you to set the heels up in Outfit Studio beforehand rather than needing to adjust it in game. Your mileage may vary, though.
Thanks, I'll try download it later.... My mod is so messed up and I need re-install the game, again.
