Question sbout beyond reach mod

ok a month ago I posted a question on the skyrim se mods page got no answer after a week later and my post was removed so asking on here I just started beyond reach on the bord there was a quest notice called seek it out when I read it my journal said "follow what the note told you" but no quest marker so idk what to do or where it is I need to go.

Did you go to Markarth and meet the travelling merchant yet?

When triggering the mod the priestess guard will state where to go as SMR1957 stated. Two travelling wagons will be one normal one for Beyond Reach.
