Can't get any rumours from the barmaid at Whiterun because she's not there
So I want to do the whispering doors quest, but to do that I need to get a rumour from the barmaid at whiterun. Only problem is I have murdered Hulda and then married Ysolda, and now there is no barmaid to get rumours from.
Can I spawn a new one? Can I give myself the quest with commands?
Help would be most appreciated

You can technically glitch through the walls of the the place to where the sword is and get it using platters by holding them up against the wall in the dragonsreach basement and sprinting at them enough to glitch through, grab the sword, and then leave.
