This did not answer my question. XD I use to use NMM for everything but I heard that Wyre Bash can create compatibilty patches so mods work to together, and that loot puts your mods in the best possible load order.

The question is lame, do search and read the forum then you will get your answers. Also the PINNED guides. Most modders will state whether or not which mods work together.

With a game this old most questions have already been answered. Kind of makes these "discussion" forums useless. But yeah i use loot mostly to sort while using NVM to download. At this point simply google and search and most if not answers are all there for you.
