Beauty of Skyrim mod help

Ok so I got the beauty of skyrim mod and I've noticed some characters are missing clothing. It's down at the bottom of my load order, just above alternate start which is at the very bottom.

Do I need another mod to add on or am I doing something wrong?

what are your other mods? load order pls. if you dont know how to get it, then open loot and click on the 3 dots upper right corner and copy load order. if you dont own loot, then download it at https://loot.github.io/

are the clothing gone in the sense of the NPC are nude or in the sense of the part where the clothing should be is not there?

And the NPC are lacking clothes, except for the underwear, I think they have it in their inventory but I can't remember.

Quick note: I also moved the cutting room floor around to the top and moved the immservie citizens mod down

I am also having some trouble with my skyrim SE. Some how the mod art_highelf_sp0ckrates.esp is missing again and I don't remember where I found it. Also my game seems to be crashing.
