Someday soon I hope to be able to follow in your giant footsteps but that will take new hardware.
Wonder of it is simply a texture/mesh mismatch. You could try changing the mesh that elfx calls for back to the vanilla mesh. There would not be a glow to the windows though. The glow is from the mesh. Just a thought, but to me it looks like a bad mesh.

Of course, it's up to you if you would want to change your load at all or feel you need the altered version, just wanted to make sure you were aware.
@cfs111, my combo of ELFX and other mods (particularly Rustic Windows) works perfectly, but in AlabamaAngyl's considerably lighter mod load, it goes wonky. We're still unsure of exactly why.
