Console commands, crafting cheats...
Okay, let's say I have never done any of the standard crafting exploits/cheats. (Since, I haven't.)

Let's say I want to...but I want to cheat it even more than just grinding 4 or 5 skills up to 80 or 100, and becoming a vampire, and etc. (Since, I do.)

What is the fastest and easiest method, whether using a mod, a console command, or a batch script, to have a character able to craft some ridiculous enchanted weapons and armor?

I am going to be starting a new character soon, probably several in the next few weeks, and I just want to be able to very quickly be able to make various gear suited to each specific character as I decide what I want them to have.

I have beaten the game without such shenanigans. Now I want to not only use them, but abuse them.

Well, the Unofficial Patch is MUST HAVE, so you'll need a mod to put the loop exploits back in (they exist on Nexus).

Next stay away from most console commands but you'll probably be safe using add item to give yourself the neccessary alchemy ingredients and ingots to manually grind your alchemy and smithing to the neccessary levels (avoid the temptation to add the skill levels directly).

I do have the unofficial patch. My mod list as of now (I could change it if need be) is:

USSEP
Flora Respawn Fix
Dragon Stalking Fix
Cutting Room Floor
A Quality World Map
Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes
SkyUI
Armor and Clothing Extension
Alternate Start - Live Another Life
Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul
Static Mesh Improvement Mod
Rustic Clothing (Special Edition)
Achievements Mod Enabler
Stones of Barenziah Quest Markers ((still have never gotten them all...))
Immersive Armors
Amazing Follower Tweaks SE ((and I still almost always run solo with no followers))

Console-adding ingredients and supplies is extremely tedious, unless you're only looking for specific items. For Fortify Restoration and Fortify Enchanting, it's Cyrodiilic Spadetail and Salt Piles, and Blue Butterfly Wings and Sownberries. Ingots are another story, because you not only need the one, but sometimes another, and of course leather and leather strips.

My Quintower Manor SE mod (available from the in-game mod thing) features a chest full of Alchemy ingredients, one full of Enchanted items and filled soul gems, and a chest full of smithing materials, as well as a book shelf with all the skill books and one with all the spell tomes.
There are also enchanting and alchemy stations, and an indoor blacksmithing setup (smelter, forge, grindstone, bench, tanning rack).

This sounds like a great solution. Mods like yours are probably the best way to do this. How easy is it to get to the manor in the early game?
