How Do I Remove Active Effects?

I enchanted a ring that gave 62 health and 40% one handed increase and tried to equip it and it wouldn't i then started spamming it because i heard the noise but not the icon. I then checked and my health was at over 4000 and my one handed weapons do over 2000 damage. It is fun to play as a god but still it just kind of ruins the fun doing that much damage and having that much health. Is there any way I can remove active effects with the console or something? I already played a bunch after and don't want to load all the way back losing that progress.

Normally removing the item takes away the effect. If that is not the case then you have something very wrong with your game.

Load from before this happened, if the effect is still present, try verifying the game files from the launcher, and post your load order here (if you have no mods, run an antivirus)

i would remove it but it never actuallly equipped the item. It gave me the effect but not equipping the item.
