Doing this as well as altering more settings below that one you can reach lvl 100 right after you do the quest for Bleak Falls.
Uncapper? you mean use the console?
You can also set how many perk points you get per level. As well as add how much carry weight you receive and health/mana/stam.
Example: [PerksAtLevelUp]
#Set the number of perks gained at each level up. If a specific level is not specified then the closest lower level setting is used.
2 = 3.00
80 = 1.00
100 = 0.00
[HealthAtLevelUp]
#Set the number of health gained at each level up. If a specific level is not specified then the closest lower level setting is used.
1 = 50
100 = 0
[CarryWeightAtHealthLevelUp]
#Set the number of carryweight gained at each health level up. If a specific level is not specified then the closest lower level setting is used.
1 = 50
80 = 0
These settings can be adjusted and the default are vanilla values.
The file is located in Data\SKSE\Plugins\SkyrimUncapper.ini
Just don't set things too high, Skyrim will bug out, be conservative a little. :D
Also there is a women camping in the mountains near falkreath who will train you for 6 free levels in archery.
I would wait until your very high level to do it.
But since sneak archer is the easiest way to kill enemies, it's pretty easy to level up archery.
Yeah once you get sneak up high enough the Mammoth/Giant camps is a good place to do this. They have tons of hit points and provided you are patient you can gain several levels at each camp.
OP, here is a walkthough for a Stealth Archer build. I'm including it because it contains tons of info. From the skill book runs to how to get the Bound Bow at lvl 1 to the camp @alexander_dougherty mentions, it is all there. And this guy is funny and easy to watch.

This build is where he picks up from a No Purchase Run. So you can view that one but this is the one where he levels everthing he could not do without handling gold. He has other archer builds like for combat archery so just search his channel for other videos as needed.
