Pure Black Screen But Game Still Runs?

So, I have been having this problem for a while now where I will just be playing like normal, nothing seems off, then BAM! My screen goes pure black, I can hear my game still running. But here's the kicker, when I try to Alt-Tab or Control+Alt+Delete, my screen remains black, and I can't do anything about it, I can't shut the game down at all asides from restarting my entire rig. I don't know what causes this, and I haven't found anything to stop it either, so I need some help from you guys to try and get this figured out. Also, I am running this on a Windows 10, just in case that may have something to do with it.

No, but something worthy of note, before this, I had the common issue of, I press sprint, and never stop sprinting, or, can't open inventory. This happened in both skyrim and fallout 4, but I have yet to play fallout since that issue was fixed, no other games other than Bethesda games showed that kind of Problem. I do use mods though, I can get a list if you'd like.

start a new game without mods and see if the problem persists. If it runs normally, mods are the issue

This seams a video issue, your card seams to be overdriveing the monitor and this is the monitor default protection.

Be sure the video card is being cooled and update the driver set.

Also do list your mods.

Most Likely, but when this happens, forgot to put in, but my screen flashes to my desktop for a split second before going "back into the game" but being pure black.

So I played without my mods, and things seemed fine, I assume it was my landscape texture mod that was causing issues.

Landscaping, or lamppost one, the ones that changed the world and added/removed things from it. I'll keep you posted if anything happens without those mods on.

Na that list isn't any good give us the list from Loot, this doesn't even show the Unoffical Patch.

At least I hope you using the patch otherwise end of story, these mods will be unpredictable with out it.

I'm currently having this issue and it just started today I can play for a while then boom black screen I know it's not my rig and I'm using the same mods I've been using for months I've got like 20 hours in just this save nothings changed.
