How get alteration 100?
How i can get alteration to 100?

Cast a lot of spells? It's not hard, just tedious... just like grinding any other skill.

If you don't mind exploiting, you can craft some gear for free Alteration spells and then use Telekinesis on something. While you're channeling, fast travel across Skyrim. You should hit 100 in the blink of an eye.

Alteration is probably the easiest one to use when you need to increase your level fast

Destruction and illusion are pretty easy to level too.
For destruction find somewhere with trolls and get where they can't climb, and hit them with ice or lightning.
For illusion find about four or five mudcrabs, and keep casting either fear or calm on them.

Boring as anything, but easy to level.

If you have some immersive Civil War mods, its even easier when the large scale battles are taking place. Levels up like insanity

If you don't mind exploits for alteration fast travel while using telekinesis will get you to 100 alteration in no time.
