Need help finding Labyrinthian "slow time" wall

Hello. I have an issue. You see, I want to get the last word of the "slow time" shout to become even more overpowered than I already am. Problem is I can't find it. None of the guides say exactly where it is ("Northwest corner of the room" style directions are what I'm looking for) and I am the unfortunate person to be given the video game navigational abilities of a banana. Seriously, I have actually gotten lost in empty rooms before, I am completely incompetent at directions when I play these sorts of games. Can someone PLEASE give me some simple, concise directions where the word wall is? I am currently standing in the room where you fight the dragon priest for the staff of Magnus in Labyrinthian Tribune and I can't hear any nords singing the song of their people to clue me in.

And before you ask, I am playing the Nintendo switch version. that's why I'm showing no hours. this was the quickest thing I could think of that I had a membership to.
