Mod: skyrim populated hell edition

I see that this mod has an option in mcm to make it sotomize or something like that... what does it do??

I want to know how it affects the game, feel tempted to turn it on but dont want to dmg my game, its hilarious that i want to do that considering that i cant kill stuff, inigo and hoth take care of the fighting and i do the looting lol.

Bans only happen in moderated forums. I've seen people out themselves as piracy apologists and nothing happens to them.

I use obis and bandits are a problem most of the time, what can i expect if i turn it on??

The moderators are more active in the Skyrim forums during sale time - but even at other times they will still ban people if something sigificant draws there attention
