difference between jester gloves and shrouded gloves?

jester gloves: double sneak attack damage with one-handed weaons

shrouded gloves: backstab does double damage

doesnt this result in the axect same damage you do?

i think backstab needs to be from behind but i am not sure.

Sneaks just need the enemy to be unaware of you.

i think LordNSR is in true, jester gloves if you have a bow, do double sneak damage if you hare in stealth mode, the shrouded gloves, only backstab.

Iirc the sneak tree gives backstabs a higher multiplier than normal sneak attacks.

neither of the gloves work on bows

if you combine the backstab with the gloves you get a 30 times damage multiplier
