CC is the reason why because they havent updated the plugins tab for sorting ESL files alongside ESM/ESP files despite support for displaying them.
Option i took was install MO, its a LOT easier, cleaner and safer to as it leaves the vanilla game files untouched when installing mods.
I remember not liking MO last time i tried it (don't remember why though), and i really like NMM. But, I guess if NMM is bugged, I'll have to give MO a shot again.
eg. I keep my untouched game as is and store the mods on another drive, when mods are installed through MO2, it unpacks off the other drive and installs as usual.
Hopefully Vortex has better install compatibilities and causes less dummy spits for modders like fore too.
More like zero knowledge.
