Help with playthrough ideas + mods
So I've played through the main questline and dawnguard back when they first came out on xbox360. Nowadays I really want to play but don't get much enjoyment from playing the game normally. I've googled some ideas and none of them appeal to me and they don't tend to have an end game, they mainly focus on grinding and "retiring and living out your life in your favourite city". What I'm hoping you guys can come up with are some interesting, fun and creative playthrough ideas, can be anything at all that has an end game. The ideas can include mod ideas and mods you think would better my experience. My skyrim at the moment has over 200 mods installed but I never play a character for longer than a few hours before getting bored. I have not played through dragonborn yet and will do it eventually once I've played long enough to level a character. Thank you for your suggestions.

Using Alternate Start Live Another Life start in the thieves guild. Play the entire quest line with the caveot that the only thing you can kill are animals. No people or draughr, do not start the main quest at all. Only npc you are allowed to kill is the one guy you have to at the end of the questline.
For mods, here is my current modlist, still playtesting but at level 50 I have had no issues, so it appears to be a fully stable load out.

Do a run on legendary start to finish, no stealth, alchemy, enchanting or smithing.

Just pick a role and stick with that, skipping quests that your character wouldn't do and making the choices that she would even if it's not "optimized".

Now that sounds like a challenge

I've seen a few of your posts on the skyrim threads and they have been really helpful. I really like your suggestion and will give it a good go, my only question is what happens at the end of the questline? You think I'd be able to do Dawnguard? Maybe not Dragonborn since its not very immersive if I havn't done the main questline and its all about the immersion.

That's something I find fascinating over and over again.
You have a game you already know inside out. It's boring; it may not be fun anymore. Then why the hell do you have to force yourself to play it?

Moreover, OP already notes in the OP that he probably suffers from a mild for of ADHD. It's a little pointless to put energy and effort into it now. But good, if you don't want to deny him an occupational therapy ...

"I can't think of something - do it for me!"

Buying new video games didn't occur to him?

And, yeah: cheater.

Perrrr-haps he is at a finanical chokepoint and every game he owns he knows in and out but at Skyrim he still sees the biggest potential to help him through this time of boredom (no new games affordable) and asks for suggestions to make the best out of it.

Ofc people who grew up with a golden spoone in their...*** cannot understand this.

Kate has a point though. I don't see this being successful at all.

"I dont wanna eat Corndogs!"
"Then eat something different."
"I WANT TO EAT CORNDOGS! TELL ME HOW TO SPICE THEM UP!"
"You already poured nearly 200 different toppings on it. Still not enough?"
"I DON'T WANT THOSE CORNDOGS!"
"Didn't you ever think about eating something different?"
"REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

Well, generally that would be the end if that playthrough, but you could always roleplay that the leader of the theives guild gets forced into the role of dragonborn...

Suggestion games of course is pointless to somebody keeping his game list hidden to strangers. Perhaps OP should have asked this question to his/her friends only.

Still i leave my suggestion for Divinity: Original Sins 2 behind.
