player.forceav carryweight xxx
where xxx is the amount you want. I generally use 10000
Generally I use fortify carryweight enchantments on my gloves and boots (carry a spare pair unitl you get the dual enchantment perk) and the steed stone, since I am generally wary of using console commands, they can break your game if used unwisely.
Couldnt you just quicksave prior to the command being executed, and then if things go south load back?
This.
But yes that would work.
well everybody his own I guess I mean I find inventory management boring .... and yes try a carry weight of 600 with legacy of the dragonborn installed when you have to build for instance your armory/weapon displays ....
I always try to keep my carry weight reasonably low anyway (around 220 is usually where it sits AFTER selling things.) So that would be perfect.
Well the problem is, things don't always go wrong right away with console commands.
