Frenzy does not work.

I have no idea what is going on. but i tested this in the intrance to bleekfalls barrow. First at the intrance i use fury on both the archer and the melee character. they both run to my location. I tried it several times.
Frustrated, i dismissed my follower and hid to the glitched spot where they can never find you. And furied them both. And tried furying one and. They look around, and dont kill me. They even sheath their weapons while glowing red.

Frustrated. I wanted to try one more thing, i COCed to solitude, gave myself a scroll of maham, checked everyones levels at rogveers execution, stood in the center, used it, then ran away as everyone drew their weapons and watched as, nobody attacked eachother. Civilians fled, and guards attacked me, as if instead of using a spell that is suppose to make poeple fight each other, i did a little bit of damage.


What is going on, how do i fix this? im trying to play an illusion mage.

So i found out that frenzy spell works by setting the AV aggresion of NPCs to 3, which should be frezny. So i used console commands AAAND. Nothing happens.

Sounds like a mod conflict.
