60 FPS and I believe higher framerates are known to bug out the cart scene.

And regardless of people saying it is possible to exceed it, and even posting on Nexus with mods that change settings so you can - exceeding 60 FPS WILL break your game. It is not just the visuals and physics that are tied to FPS (as so many people seem to think), it is also ALL things in the game - quests, time, schedules - things that can't be seen just by looking at the screen.
In other words, even if you get it to run at over 60 FPS with mods, it's like that gorgeous looking person - they look great on the outside, but inside they are riddled with cancer and will soon collapse and die.
