Report a translation problem
Some mods aren't disable friendly with nmm, and can indefinitely break the vanilla references, requiring a clean install to fix. I'd suggest learning mod organizer 2 for the time being to prevent this.
The big no-no is trying to disable a mod in the middle of a playthrough. Depending on the mod, enabling then mid-playthrough can be just as bad.
Sovngarde font + anything else that edits the menu text are likely to be causing the issue as well.
