Whiterun Chest Glitch.
So I have had this game for awhile and have decided to not take the usual bug/glitch where you are able to exit the actual "playing field" and make your way under skyforge to find a floating chest with plenty of goodies. Though it seems my usual method of getting there (jumping to the wall from the barrel near the main gate) does not work anymore. The barrel has been moved to a corner instead of the center of the small tower placement, thus rendering my method ineffective for the moment. So I try tcl to phase under Skyforge to investigate and I do no see the chest. Is this a relatively new thing they patched or has it been like this since the start of Special Edition?
