The stupid snow shader
Okay so I've been looking for a solution to the new "snow shader" that is an absolutely horrible abortion. I thought it was something I did that made this "new and improved" garbage look this way. There are now little white dots on every single snow/ice texture/mesh in the GAME! not only that but it gives a different shade of darkness to everything with this! Literally looks like they had a convertion for the mentally ill and let one of them throw white dots over the entire game for no other reason than to be stupid. I see no logical reason. It absolutely ruins immersion. Turning off the snow shader does nothing to get rid of this. (It's even on structures that are in snow areas making it look like I have some ridic christmas mod enabled.) Sorry for the rant but a week of trying to cover this up with mods or trying to delete the effect all together and nothing. Anyone else have luck?

1)what are your specs?

2)where is a screen?

3)do you have mods installed?
2 1080's, intel i7-6700k, windows 10 pro, 32g ram. It's every snow texture due to the shader, I know it's the shader because the white dots are there on vanilla install. But yes they are way more noticable with mods.
Also Better dynamic snow SE (mod) fixes some of this issue but not all. It's the only mod that changes the snow shader and not the snow texture. Other mods just change the texture and dots are still there.

If you go outside riverwood onto the mountain where the burrow is, in special edition and look directly at the snow and walls/stairs leading up to burrow, you will see exactly what I speak of.

Do you have forced aa on in the Nvidia control panel?

Are you attempting to run sse on a single card or using external sli settings?

Have you tried using the bethini presets?

I also can't say I've seen this myself, although others have mentioned it.
