Want to start a new mod list for skyrim (Need some help from experts)

Hey everyone, I'm looking for kind soul who will help me mod my Skyrim, I'm already familiar, with Nexus mod manager, Loot and TESEdditV, but every time I tried modding the game in the past, I would create a character to try the mods to see if I was getting any kind of issues with the game, after 1h of testing, I would create my real character and 20 levels into the game, I would start getting CTDs.

This time, I want to do it clean, I will use Mod manager like many of you already recommended, I will use my test character way longer before creating my main character. and I will be a lot more careful before choosing my mods.

down below is my previous list of mods, I'd like to do something similar for this list, but be more careful while testing to detect which mods were causing the problems in my previous game.

Running into issues later on when modding is pretty common. Nothing jumps out at me here so it could be a quest added by something that causes an issue.

That aside, I do have one problem with your computer:

Yet you have a gtx 1070. Your ram seriously needs some love. Not only is that access speed ridiculously low, but you are also still using single channel?
