Big Fps drop everytime I get hit or hit something.

So There are 2 major problems I'm having, but let's address the first one here.

For the most part, I'm getting a solid 60Fps with occasional stutters (Drop from 60 to 50 that causes a small freeze for 0.3 seconds)
But I get this drop to 30fps for 0.5 seconds I'd say 1 time outta of 2 every time I get hit or I hit an enemy. I can get really annoying especially during harder fights.

I really don't think that my computer is the problem. so it's probably a mod causing this. Here is my list of mods, I've been playing with this list for 9h and got 1 Crash to desktop, so I'd say it's a good list.

I would suspect something is running a lot of scripts mid combat. The first things I would test if it were me would be dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.esp=1 and Immersive Sounds - Compendium.esp=1 but I've seen people using those before without the same issue.

Found a solution for that, it was this mod

dD - Enhanced Blood Main.esp=1
dD-Larger Splatter Size.esp=1

Maybe use one of the smaller sizes. I have that in my build without problems. tbh though, I'm a bit surprised your rig is giving you an issue with that.
