How to install Racemenu into Skyrim Special Edition

I'm tossing up between installing Osex or Amorous Adventures.

When you go to nexus and click the download option it shows you the mod that are required to get it to work.

Amorous Adventures says it needs flowergirls to get it to work. When you download flowergirls or scoll down to the requirements it shows you it needs Fores New Idles in Skyrim - FNIS and XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE.
You go to the maximun skeleton and it shows you it needs Fores New Idles in Skyrim SE - FNIS SE in the nexus requirements and in offsite shows you
Racemenu, skse64 and SKEE.
I would like to know if the off site requirements are important and must be installed?

If they do my next challange is how do I install it using nexus mod manager?
I've used nexus mod manager for all my mods and I like it since its simple and not complicated. I've watched some videos and they use Mod organizer. Racemenu is only given on the skyrim site not Skyrim special edition so how do you convert it using nexus mod manager?

My next issue is I have SKSE64 newer version already installed and in my skyrim special edition folder do I have to change anything? or install it?
In some of the videos they install the SKEE which takes you to SKSE64 Plugins with the name of Alpha 6. When you click on it and look under the name it says SKSE64plugins.7z.
They install that with the racemenu conversion? if I do that will that affect the SKSE64 already installed in the director.

Now Osex you need OSA. OSA says it needs, Fores New Idles in Skyrim SE - FNIS SE , Mfg Fix, PapyrusUtil SE - Modders Scripting Utility Functions, SkyUI, XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE.
Off site it says SKSE and Sos light

What are your thoughts to this?

I want to install a sex mod into skyrim special edition cause the game is so boring once you are married. Installing this makes it a lot better. But trying to get this to work.

Download xpmsse 4.20, it doesn't have the Racemenu/Skee requirement.
As for Fnis I run it fine without Racemenu or Skee (which has problems).
Also as far as I'm aware there's a clean version of Amorous Adventures if you'd prefer that.

On the xpmsse nexusmods page, under old downloads. It should indicate in the corner of the download box which version it is.

Go to the XPMSE page on the Special Edition Nexus, click the Download tab. It's the 3rd file. Should say Version 4.2 at the right lower corner of the box.

4.2 says it requires RaceMenu and SKEE in Mod Requirements when I tried.
