What does this mean.

It means that the initialization process failed, that you should disable your mod and then wait for an update.

Unfortunately Skyrim souls is abandoned by its author and doesn’t work the the latest (or second or third to latest) version of SKSE and Skyrim, blame the constant update of the creation club. But luckily the source code is public so maybe someone will fix it

That link is posted in a comment that dates from 2019. It is possible that things has changed throughout time, such as game updates making the mod not usable (because it uses SKSE of which is version dependent)
