Helping the people of morthal

I have hit a bit of a bug here, I have helped more than three people in Morthal who should have counted towards becoming the thane. Unfortunatly my quest progression will not go above 2/3 helped. I have tried using the console to bypass the problem but that does not work either. I have not completed the civil war or the dragonborn story lines yet (if that makes a difference) any thoughts on how I can get passed this little problem?

I had a little trouble like that with Falkreath.
It seems finding the people that count twords the thing is more tricky than you'd think.
Took me FOR EVER to find that last person that could count twords it x.x

What all have you done in Morthal? Off the top of my head:

Get the book for the Alchemist Lami.
Deliver Idgrod the Younger's note to Danica in Whiterun
Sell wood to Jorgen or Hroggar
Sell iron to that guy in Stonehills
Deliver the note from Stonehills to Solitude

Think there's one other that counts, but I can't recall atm. Some of them are mutually exclusive though. Like the book for Lami, you won't get that quest if you already have another fetch quest for an NPC (Rustlief, the orc in Markarth etc) active.

I have invested in a store delivered a letter to whiterun and sold both firewood and metal. The only thing I can't find is the fist fight.

You also have to do the main Morthal quest with the vampire, but you can't get the "Help the people of Morthal" without that, so I'm presuming you've already done it.

The fist fight guy should be near the bridge.

Of course, if you've been making use of console commands, you may have broken it - the only solution then is to go back to a save made before using commands, or start a new game.

Giving the warrior a fisting did the trick ;P Cheers people

Deliver the letter from the Jarl's housecarl to Captain Aldis. You can accept the quest whenever he's out drinking.

...I swear each hold was given a radiant quest theme.

I know thats a old Thread but "setstage 255 20" will fix it.
