Enhanced Vanilla Trees: Missing world objects?

After installing this mod, the world looked a little more barren than usual. Rocks and grass are missing, other trees are missing, and lots of other things are just gone out of nowhere.

Not 100% sure if its this mod or not because uninstalling didnt work, but im assuming it is, because i have no other mods that modify objects other than towns, cities, and textures.

This is mainly noticed in the Whiterun area. Not sure if it usually looks like this or not after playing with the area modded for so long.

What's really suspicious are the green patches all over the ground, where objects are supposed to be
