Skyrim floating player glitch NEED HELP

So for whatever reason my character has started floating in one position and i'm able to float through objects like in no clip, but i'm completely stuck on one level, i can't jump of crouch to go up or down or point my cursor to choose the height like in no clip. i've closed my game and gone back to previous saves that shouldn't have the same problem but alas it carried through. i don't know how to fix it, any help would be appreciated!

Don't have any installed for the special edition :/

Are you stuck in a corner behind a torch or another object? You may have glitched yourself out of the map.

Type tcl, move to where you want to be, then type tcl back. Otherwise reload to a save where this wasn't happening.

I'm competely out in the open and i've tried it multiple times to no avail, i'll try starting a competely fresh save file and hope it goes away
