The One Ring Mod
Mod on Bethesda.net but anyways. I don't know where to go after I go to Honorhall Orphanage. Where do I go next? I want to find gollum.

Im having the same problem, I assumed one of the falmer would have been changed to Gollum and he would have it on him.

the ring is inside Duskglow Crevice (there is a note in the orphanage thats says so) once you get there and get to the end there should be a falmer named gollum (as @Emberdeath said), loot from him and go!
