Report a translation problem
The Nexus is extremely safe, and that mod in particular is 100%. The only problems you will have are making them work together nicely. Adding a dozen or so mods isn't going to cause too much of an issue, unless they specifically say "Does not work with X mod". If you go much beyond 20-30, make sure you read the Pinned modding topics in this Forum. They are excellent reference material to keep your game stable and smooth.
Unless we're thinking of separate mods, I'm thinking of "Enable Achievements - TES V - Special Edition". Is that the one you're referring to?
